When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 10:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zone. The exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Which courier do you use?
We ship all orders via J&T Express, with nationwide coverage across the Philippines.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is picked up by J&T, you can track it via your account on our website or directly through J&T Express using your tracking number.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please take a photo or video upon opening and contact us at support@naturefood.ph within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with J&T and arrange a resolution.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
We currently only ship within the Philippines.
